New paper in Nano Letters!
In collaboration with the Kortshagen Group at the University of Minnesota, we investigate the local atomic structure of plasmonic Si nanocrystals using atomic PDF and RMC modeling. RMC modeling provides a means to track dopant location, where we are able to map dopants of B and P within the Si nanocatalysts to better understand the plasmonic properties of these materials.
